Kathleen has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing and has been in healthcare for 20 years. She is passionate about improving the quality of care for the residents while mentoring and supporting her nursing team. Seeing the gratitude on the faces of the residents and their families is incredibly rewarding, and watching her staff grow professionally gives Kathleen a strong sense of purpose. She is committed to fostering a compassionate, collaborative environment where both residents and team members can thrive. She enjoys playing sports and going to the gym because staying active and maintaining her health are important.
